What to Do If Access to the Control Panel Is Lost

If you have lost access to your account, it can be restored in several ways.

🔹 Password recovery via email (if you have mailbox access)

This method works if:

• you still have access to the account email;
  
• you remember the account email address.

How to recover the password:

1. Open the control panel login page.
   
2. Click “Restore password”.
   
3. Enter your account email.
   
4. A message with a new password will be sent to your mailbox.

You can then log in using the new credentials.

🔹 Account recovery via support

If you do not have access to your email, contact support.

Send your request to:

• client@rx-name.ua
  
• client@server.ua

The procedure depends on the account owner type.

1. For Legal Entities (Companies)

An official request must be submitted:

• on company letterhead (if available);
  
• signed by the director;
  
• stamped (if used).

Include:

• Account email
  
• Contact phone number
  
• Company address
  
• Full name of responsible person

2. For Individuals

Send an access recovery request.

Attach an identity document:

• passport
  
• national ID card
  
• driver’s license

Provide up-to-date details:

• Email
  
• Phone number
  
• Residential address
  
• Full name of account owner

Access will be restored after verification.
