How to renew an SSL Certificate
1. Log in to your account
- Go to my.rx-name.net and click “Login”.
- Enter your username and password.
2. Go to Orders → SSL Certificates
- In your account dashboard, open the “Orders” menu.
- Select “SSL Certificates”.
- Here you’ll see all your active and expired certificates.
3. Select the certificate to renew
- Find the certificate that is about to expire.
- Click “Renew” next to it.
4. Verify your information
- Make sure the domain and contact information are correct.
- Update them if necessary.
5. Domain validation method
- Choose a method to confirm your domain ownership:
- Email — a confirmation email sent to the standard address (admin@, webmaster@, etc.).
- DNS — create a TXT record in your DNS settings.
- HTTP/HTTPS — upload a validation file to your server.
- Email — a confirmation email sent to the standard address (admin@, webmaster@, etc.).
- Follow the instructions provided by RX-NAME.
6. Payment
- If your certificate is paid, the system will prompt you to pay for the renewal.
- Complete the payment using your preferred method.
7. Download the new certificate
- After validation and processing, your renewed certificate will be available for download.
- Download the certificate, private key, and CA bundle (if required).
